Firstly, a special thank you to all companies and trainers who continue to use the Kelvin TOP-SET Train the Trainer Programme to develop internal personnel in the TOP-SET Incident Investigation and Problem-Solving System.
Even with global COVID-19 travel restrictions, we, and many of you, are conscientiously forging ahead with business, keeping people safe, in jobs, and solving all forms of organisational problems to thrive, and keep the economy going as priority.
Between Kelvin TOP-SET itself and our In-Company Trainers, TOP-SET Courses have been delivered in 2020 throughout EMEA, Asia, the Americas and Australasia. The Train the Trainer Programme remains the most cost-effective means of rolling out effective problem-solving and incident investigation capabilities within organisations and we at Kelvin TOP-SET continue to support our In-Company Trainers to the highest degree.
In addition to the existing teaching tools in the Tutor Zone on the website, the Development Team has added two new videos to help trainers maximise efficacy of the case study exercises on courses. Furthermore, a new ‘Short Film Library’ has been created currently containing four new videos all to support and develop In-Company Trainers in their teaching
The TOP-SET App continues to grow in popularity and remains exclusively for those who have been trained in TOP-SET; this includes those trained by In-Company Trainers. So, if you are TOP-SET trained (or train people in TOP-SET) please be sure to download it and remind others who are also eligible.
As always with Kelvin TOP-SET there is much going on behind the scenes. There are a couple of big developments coming in the first quarter of 2021 and all In-Company Trainers will be amongst the first to know. We have plans to shortly provide more support to assist with teaching in these challenging times.
We look forward to further working with you to improve the way incidents are investigated and problems are solved in 2021.
