The 3-Day Kelvin TOP-SET Senior Investigator Course teaches professionals and managers how to lead an incident investigation team through every stage of an investigation using the TOP-SET Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis method.
With the guidance of our experienced trainers, this intensive incident investigation training course covers: forming your investigation team, investigation planning, data gathering, interviewing, the TOP-SET root cause analysis method, creating incident reports and making SMART recommendations. Each facet of Kelvin TOP-SET’s six-step process is studied in depth, leaving delegates with the confidence to lead an investigation team in any situation.
There is the opportunity for participants to engage in practical exercises and case studies, and benefit from interaction with our experienced tutors and investigators, as well as others on the course. The importance of human behaviour in incidents – including investigator bias – is emphasised.
Participants have access to e-RCA, our online Root Cause Analysis course, free for 30-days.
