As keen supporters of the local commmunity Kelvin TOP-SET are proud to sponsor LARGS 750 – a series of events to celebrate the 750th anniversary of the Battle of Largs in 1263. A new group, Largs Events has been formed to organise and promote special events in 2013 to commemorate this anniversary. Events to be held include Highland Games, a music festival, The Red Arrows and a visit by a Royal Navy Warship. A legacy project will be the creation of a Viking Memorial Garden to mark the fallen warriors of the Battle of Largs. For more information go to www.largsevents.co.uk
